SPELL FOR AVOIDING NIGHTMARES

Dec. 25h, 2012 - Nightmares are common for children who live or have lived in a troubled family atmosphere.
Anyway, when you’re parents, please keep in mind that you’ve to control you in order to prevent your children from having nightmares that can leave marks in their future lives of adults.
Here are some precautions to take for avoiding a sleep full of nightmares:
* Make them eat early in the evening and very little, and wait for the final phase of digestion before sending them to bed.
* Make them take a bath decoction of lime-blossom tea in case of anxiety.
* Make them streched on the right side in the bed, head and upper body slightly elevated (lying on a hard bed make them automatically sleeping on the side).
* Put a piece of camphor under their pillow.
As a reminder, we ask to parents that children avoid absolutely watching TV atrocities which are unfortunately a common place on night tv news because they can harm or traumatize them worse.
Remember for ever that evil begets evil.
