In November 1979, a bound corpse was found. Police investigated, but the case went cold. No one knew who the young victim was. No one claimed it. The little corpse was buried in Pine Hill Cemetery.

The years passed and the case was largely forgotten by all but not by Dennis Stewart who was 9 at the time and could never forget.

Two similar crimes occured in Louisiana, then suddently stopped and no one was arrested. The crime seems to stay cold for ever.

In 1995, Dennis Stewart became a State Police detective and renewed his interest in the unidentified body, putting hours into trying to solve this cold case. Stewart observed on the photos stocked at the police archives that the manner in which the boy was tied and the ropes used were designed to kill him.

The remains of the nameless victim were exhumed and Dennis Steward required for a DNA and fingertips identification.

At least, Dennis Stewart found the name of the unnamed young victim: Daniel Wayne Dewey, 17 years old. Unfortunately, till now, the killer has not been identified.

The Wayne’s family organized the funerals on June 23.

"It was how I was talking with him during many years" said detective Stewart.

Finally the little unnamed victim returned to home thanks to a man who has been haunted since his childhood by supernatural.
