TED BUNDY AND THE VOLKSWAGEN BEETLE CAR

Theodore, named "Te", Bundy was a famous american serial killer who was used to murder young ladies, often students, specially with long hair and who wore generally pants: his victims incarnated the female type that he appreciated physically and that he hated psychically.

In parallel to this morbid taste, Bundy has also another love: his sweety BEETLE CAR.

Why specially this model used in the 70’s abovall by Beatniks people carrying "love and peace" message?
Mainly and simply, because thanks to this special model he could travel throughout the country and plan easily his murderous trips.

And indeed, before his execution in 1989, he often described with delectation the number of female "cargos" he charged in his sweety Beetle car. He said he could simply transport the corpses by lowering the bench seat at the back of his Beetle car.

Bundy told also he appreciated the weak consumption of this model: a single height of gasoline was enough for him to perform his murders and run far away in hurry.

Ted’s tastes about cars were really right and in advance for his time.

Nowadays, indeed worldwide car manufacters turns themselves completely towards this type of models.

If only american car manufacters had listen to Ted Bundy and his appreciations about small car models of low consumption at the time... maybe, the face of our modern world should have change...

If only institutes of marketing and polls had listened to Ted Bundy in 1989 praising the merits of a small car of weak consumption... the period of crisis that we areliving... maybe should never exist... if only...

But as we know, marketing and polls institutes are too rational for listening to irrationalities... specially when they come from a criminal...
