After the great scandal in 2001 around the world, of organs taken by hospitals on corpses during post mortem examinations and stored in breach of the law, after the robbery in India by out-of-law doctors of organs on poor people against money, there is now another kind of organs harvest scandal.

In March 2009 in US, an Ohio couple claims for justice because it appears the medical center of North Pennsylvania where was recovered their major son for a severe head injury has abused them and stole the organs of their son.

It seems that the father’s moral suffering has been exploited by the doctors inside the hospital in order he signed in urgence a paper for donating his son’s organs.

But it appears that when the surgeons began the transplant procedure, the teen was still alive.

The mother alleges that the doctors began the incision when he was not declared officialy braindead. The attorney said that if the teenager had his organs not been taken, he may very well has survived and recovered from this accident.

In absence of any organ donation hard copy of young hospitalized people, it seems it is a current and usual procedure performed by doctors in hospitals for harvesting organs specially from young people hurted in accidents, obliging so their parents and/or close relatives to sign in urgence papers for organs donation.
